As well, Shawn grew up in the business, with both his parents selling real estate. He has worked in every aspect of the industry, representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks. He is also a licensed Mortgage Broker, which gives him added insight to your transaction.
Dave Ramautor

Jessica Melo dove into the real estate industry 15 years ago working as an evening receptionist in Highschool. She went on to gain exposure in several unique roles – including Office Administrator, Deal Secretary and Executive Assistant. She joined The Ramautor Team in 2019 assisting in day-to-day operations. She has continually strived in serving their clients and has become an integral component of the team assisting The Ramautor Team to create a wealth of systems to ensure each client is treated as VIP.
