I sold my house during the fall of 2016 with Jean and Shawn Ramautor as my selling agents and I have to say I have been extremely happy with the outcome.
The team came recommended through a company referral which was assisting in our relocation. So I knew already that they were the cream of the crop and had to have a good reputation.
When I signed up with Jean, I didn't realize I would receive a team of 3 Real Estate agents (Jean, Shawn & Tracy) who went to work for me. Jean was patient and superb with the initial questions we had, as well as helping setup our house for sale. She had a readily available list of trusted contractor that I took advantage of to finish some work on my house before showings and was readily available over the phone and email when needed. As a first time seller, I was working with a deadline (we were moving out of the country) requiring a lot of things to get done in time and this was very valuable service to me.
Once the house went on the market, Shawn was the perfect person to handle the buyer's agents and also deal with the negotiations. My house was on the market only for a few days, but there were a deluge of potential buyers and Shawn fielded the calls and setup appointments efficiently over both phone and text messages.
Given the short time in which I wanted to sell my home, I found their guidance and advice invaluable. Looking back at the sale after a few months now, I have absolutely no regrets in getting them to sell our home.
